The Management Undergraduate Program trains professionals specialized in business management with solid theoretical and practical knowledge. Such training enables them to lead first-level organizations in areas such as talent management, operations management and international logistics, finance, marketing and commercial management, business innovation, and research. Moreover, it enables them to successfully carry out entrepreneurship projects for creating, implementing and managing their own business.
Students develop crucial skills such as systems thinking, creative problem-solving, assertive communication, teamwork, intellectual curiosity, learning monitoring, and social commitment. Their training also enhances their strategic vision, leadership abilities, and expertise in organizational design and management control.
Professionals skilled in resource management at local and global scales, committed to ethical leadership and social responsibility to drive organizational growth.

ACADEMIC DEGREES AND PROFESSIONAL TITLES
Students who have completed their studies in Management are eligible to apply for a bachelor's degree. Subsequently, with this in hand, they may submit their application to obtain the professional title in Management.

Graduation Date for the 2024-2 Class: Saturday, May 10, 2025 - 10:00 hours
At the end of the academic term, students who have successfully completed all required courses and earned the necessary credits outlined in their program’s curriculum will automatically achieve the graduate status. They will receive an email from DUSAR.

The professional title in Management will be awarded upon the successful completion of one of the graduation submodalities corresponding to either the thesis or professional proficiency project, as outlined in the Supplementary Guidelines for Obtaining the Bachelor's Degree and Professional Title.
To apply, you must first earn the Bachelor's degree in Management from Universidad de Lima and meet the requirements.

Option A: Thesis
Submodalities:
- Traditional thesis or research article developed from authorized courses (for recent graduates). For more information, click here.
- Traditional thesis or research article developed from new research.
- Research article accepted or published in an indexed academic journal or conference (for recent graduates).
Option B: Professional Proficiency Project
Submodalities:
- Professional project
- Case presentation
- Report on qualified professional experience

Once the corresponding professional tittle submodality is approved, the following documents—properly filled out and signed—must be submitted to the Academic Degree and Professional Title Office:
- Authorization for the publication of research work in Ulima Repository to obtain an academic degree or professional title.

Requirements are as follows:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- A weighted average of no less than 13.00 across the required courses.
- Successfully complete all Specialist Certification courses, with no more than one retake.

University of Bayreuth
Founded in 1975, this university fosters research and interdisciplinary science while developing academic profiles and courses that address multiple disciplines. Its research programs and available courses cover fields such as natural and technical sciences, legal and economic studies, as well as language, literature, and cultural studies.
CONSORTIUM OF UNIVERSITIES
It is a non-profit civil organization comprising Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Universidad del Pacífico, Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and Universidad de Lima. This partnership allows students from these four institutions to access academic and university services, premises, validated courses, and credit equality for courses taken in any university of this Consortium.

École Supérieure De Commerce – Clermont
Students from the Faculty of Business and Economics at Universidad de Lima are eligible to study in the École Supérieure de Commerce – Groupe ESC Clermont in France for an entire year and obtain the Second International Bachelor’s Degree in International Management.

University of London
Thanks to the agreement between Universidad de Lima and University of London (UOL), internationally recognized for its high academic standards, students can obtain a second international bachelor’s degree without leaving the country: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. This program is available to students from all undergraduate programs at Universidad de Lima.

The Management Undergraduate Program presents the Strategic Business Observatory—a platform dedicated to analyze and investigate business paradigms and the impact of new business research trends. The Observatory includes business cases and papers elaborated by management professors.
Biannually open-access academic publication that disseminates research results in the economics and business sciences area.
Applied business research is a fundamental part of our students' education. By fostering academic inquiry, the Management Undergraduate Program empowers students to generate new insights. Notable examples include Catherine Alexandra Herrera Fallaque’s paper "Impact of Chatbots on Satisfaction and Loyalty in Lima’s Telecom Sector" at the 25th ECKM in Hungary or the publication of the study "Revisión sistemática de la literatura: el customer engagement en los servicios financieros" by Stefano Vásquez Sanguinetti and Francesca Zlosilo Balarezo in a prestigious SciELO-listed journal. These achievements highlight our shared commitment to advancing knowledge and making a tangible impact in the business sector.

USEFUL BUSINESS VISITS
Knowledge is not only transmitted in classrooms, but also through visits to renowned companies. This practice allows students to learn directly from the industry leaders. Recently, our students visited Yape offices (BCP) and Backus production plant, where they participated in learning projects and dynamics.

ELIGIBILITY BY EDAF
The EDAF Committee has declared our undergraduate program eligible for this process. As part of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), this process takes us one step closer to the international accreditation. Globally recognized, EFMD accreditation will benefit our students with an education aligned to the highest international standards, improving competitiveness in the labor market.

SUCCESSFUL PERUVIAN BUSINESS CASES
We are working on the edition of the e-book Retos de la gestión: casos peruanos, which compiles successful business cases in our country analyzed by our professors in partnership with renowned companies. This project brings together students, professors, and the business community, which results in useful perspectives and lessons learned. Among companies, we can find Industrias San Miguel, Austral Group, Minera Gold Fields, among others.
