The McCall MacBain Scholarship provides full funding for graduate students pursuing master’s degrees at McGill University.

Applicants are expected to demonstrate outstanding character, active community involvement, leadership potential, entrepreneurial spirit, academic excellence, and intellectual curiosity. They must also meet the admission requirements for master’s programs, including holding a recognized bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or being on track to complete it.

The World Bank’s Robert S. McNamara Fellowships Program supports young economics researchers from developing countries to conduct policy-relevant research at the World Bank's Development Economics Vice Presidency (DEC).

The French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) have opened the sixth call for applications to the Make Our Planet Great Again fellowship. Each year, the Indian Council for Cultural Relations offers over 3,000 scholarships through 21 schemes for international students from about 180 countries, covering undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs.

Established in 1902, the Global Rhodes Scholarship is the world’s oldest and one of the most prestigious international scholarship programs. It enables exceptional students from across the globe to pursue studies at the University of Oxford, offering comprehensive support that covers tuition fees, an annual living allowance, housing, the Oxford application fee, student visa, the International Health Surcharge (IHS) for access to the UK’s National Health Service, and two round-trip economy flights between the scholar’s home country and the United Kingdom.

The Scholarship Programme for Young Professors and Researchers from Latin American Universities, which funds short-term research visits, seeks to promote mobility and academic exchange between Europe and Latin America. The Coimbra Group—an association of 41 European universities—fosters collaboration and scholarly exchange between researchers from both regions.

• Be a national of a Latin American country and currently reside there.
• Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Be affiliated as a professor or researcher with a Latin American university officially recognized by national authorities.

The Stefan Banach Scholarship Program is a joint initiative of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, and the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).
