STRATEGIC PLAN
The continuous changes in political, social, cultural and technological environments at global level demand organizations to have far-reaching plans in order to give greater sustainability to the institutional development. In this context, Universidad de Lima constantly implements a technical and participatory process with a view to preparing, every five years, its strategic plan—a document that will guide both decisions and actions of the university community members in the long, medium and short term.
The composition of the Institutional Strategic Plan 2016-2020 includes updating the fundamental guidelines: Mission, Vision and Values. Moreover, the following strategic lines were validated: Academic Training, Research, Presence in the Community and Internationalization, and Institutional Management. Strategic objectives, strategies and medium-term projects have been defined, which must be implemented with the commitment and organized participation of the directors, professors, administrative staff and students.
