PROFESSORS
Article 83 of the University Act states the following:
a. To become a full professor, it is necessary to hold a professional title or doctoral degree obtained in the in-person modality, and have been appointed as associate professor. As an exception, non-associate professors may apply to this category provided that they have renowned research works and academic track record of over 15 years of experience.
b. To become an associate professor, it is necessary to hold a professional title or master’s degree, and have been appointed as assistant professor. As an exception, non- assistant professors may apply to this category provided that they have renowned research works and academic track record of over 10 years of experience.
c. To become an assistant professor, it is necessary to hold a professional title or master’s degree with a track record of 5 years of experience.
