Your file is evaluated. Once approved, you can pay the enrollment fees.

PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION

You can do this evaluation in parallel with the essay. This is sent to your email.

ESSAY WRITING

You will access a platform to write an essay. This must include your reasons to apply to the master’s program.

INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR

A personal interview takes place with the director of the master’s or doctoral program. First, you must approve the previous step.

LETTER OF COMMITMENT

You must submit a payment commitment letter duly signed and pay the first installment.

GRADUATE TUITION

  • Graduates from the Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Finance, and similar undergraduate programs. Graduates from other undergraduate programs who have their own business and wish to boost their knowledge and learn new marketing and business management tools and processes are also considered.
  • Minimum of three (03) years of professional experience. This will allow students to make the most of this program, bringing their experience to the table and nurturing subjects with their own professional case studies.
  • Math skills to better understand this master’s program.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Adaptation skills to new scenarios and global business and marketing trends.
  • Critical analysis for decision-making.
  • High-speed Internet connection
  • Laptop with basic programs

  • Non-certified copy of the valid National Identity Card (DNI) or Alien Registration Card (ARC).
  • Non-certified copy of the bachelor’s degree registered in the National Superintendency of University Education (SUNEDU). Not applicable to Ulima graduates.
  • Resume duly signed with passport picture (JPG format, 240x288 pixels, 300 DPI minimum resolution, in front of a plain white background, no eyeglasses).
  • Academic or employment recommendation letter, or one (01) work certificate of the current or last job.
  • Minimum work experience of three (03) years.
  • Payment receipt for tuition fees.
  • Letter of Language Commitment, according to the current University Act.
  • One (01) Statement of Purpose. To be completed in the platform indicated by the Graduate School.
  • Once documents are submitted, the Admission Office will send you an email within 48 hours to pay the application process fees (350 PEN).

Marketing and Business Management Program graduates are highly-skilled professionals with long-term vision and robust competences to thrive in both marketing and business areas within organizations. Graduates are able to:

  • Analyze the environments and markets in which their organizations operate in order to evaluate the economic, political, environmental and social impacts of business decisions, and thus devising measures to adapt to the new consumer trends or marketing and business management trends.
  • Propose and develop business strategies using knowledge and skills acquired during the master’s program, in order to anticipate any contingency to reduce risks and increase the value of organizations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of action plans in the marketing and business area based on a comprehensive knowledge of markets, competition, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
  • Propose differentiation strategies to communicate the company’s advantages and values to clients and consumers.
  • Plan and lead policies for the promotion, sale, and distribution of the company’s products or services.
  • Conduct a market research, identify information sources, and read data to make good decisions.
  • Lead sales teams to comply with the company’s business objectives.

As part of the master’s program, students will have an international trip to Universidad de Navarra* (Spain) during their second year of studies in order to boost their global vision and delve into Marketing Innovation topics.

CARRIQUIRY, Fernando

Master’s Degree in Marketing from Universidad ESAN. Business Administrator from Universidad de Lima. Over 14 years of experience in national and transnational companies such as Alicorp, British American Tobacco Perú, CCR Latam, among others, in the sectors of mass consumption, market research, services and retail, leading consultative selling and marketing projects and teams and training staff in business matters. He currently serves as General Manager at Pastelería San Antonio.

HIDALGO, Aldo

MBA from Business School São Paulo. Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima. He pursued the General Management Program from the PAD-Universidad de Piura. Hidalgo has also worked as Country Manager for Brazil and     the Southern Cone at Alicorp and Country Manager for Thailand, Peru and Bolivia at Grupo AJE. He currently serves as Commercial VP for Mass Consumption in Peru and Leader of Alicorp Center of Business Excellence.

MARCHAND, Francois

Executive MBA from ESADE. Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima. He worked as General Manager at Nestlé Bolivia and Fagal, Business Executive Manager at Helados D’Onofrio, Director of Nestlé Perú, Business Executive Manager for the confectionery industry, and Head of Sales. Marchand currently serves as Business Executive Officer ice cream at D'Onofrio Dairy & Cereals for Nestlé Breakfast.

VEGA, Bryan

Master in Marketing. He took the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. Master in Marketing Science from ESIC Marketing & Business School. Vega won the Marketing Intellectual Contribution Award 2017 from the Peruvian Marketing Association. He currently serves as Sales Director for the Health Care business unit in the Central American, Caribbean and South American markets at Procter & Gamble—where he also fulfilled other top senior positions.
