The Master’s Program in Operations and Project Management is an avant-garde proposal designed to develop professionals’ abilities in managing operations and supply chain areas, as well as in efficiently working in project management within companies.

This academic proposal resulted from the demands of national and international companies looking for professionals who can lead them into markets where better process and project management are crucial for success.

Students of this program have the chance to live an international academic experience in the IQS School of Management at Universitat Ramon Llull (Barcelona, Spain). The Innovation in Operations course is taught here.

  • Students of the master’s program have the chance to join an exchange program in any educational institution of CINDA.

PROFILE EVALUATION

Your file is evaluated. Once approved, you can pay the enrollment fees.

PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION

You can do this evaluation in parallel with the essay. This is sent to your email.

ESSAY WRITING

You will access a platform to write an essay. This must include your reasons to apply to the master’s program.

INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR

A personal interview takes place with the director of the master’s or doctoral program. First, you must approve the previous step.

LETTER OF COMMITMENT

You must submit a payment commitment letter duly signed and pay the first installment.

GRADUATE TUITION

You get access once enrolled.

  • Math skills for a better understanding of the subjects taught in this master’s program.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Adaptation capacity to new scenarios and trends in the operations, supply chain, and project areas.
  • Critical analysis for decision-making.
  • Use of ICT for personal, professional and academic development.

  • Non-certified copy of the valid National Identity Card (DNI) or Alien Registration Card (ARC).
  • Non-certified copy of the bachelor’s degree registered in the National Superintendency of University Education (SUNEDU). Not applicable to Ulima graduates.
  • Resume duly signed with passport picture (JPG format, 240x288 pixels, 300 DPI minimum resolution, in front of a plain white background, no eyeglasses).
  • Academic or employment recommendation letter, or one (01) work certificate of the current or last job.
  • Minimum work experience of three (03) years.
  • Payment receipt for tuition fees.
  • Letter of Language Commitment, according to the current University Act.
  • One (01) Statement of Purpose. To be completed in the platform indicated by the Graduate School.
  • Once documents are submitted, the Admission Office will send you an email within 48 hours to pay the application process fees (350 PEN).

GRADUATE PROFILE

Graduates of this master’s program are top-notch executives capable of successfully running the operations, supply chain and project areas within new scenarios and business market.

Once completed, graduates will have the followings:

  • Critical and creative thinking. Analyze complex situations from different perspectives to make decisions and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Assertive communication: Elaborate clear and consistent speeches that appeal to strong convictions for an effective communication with different audiences by using emotional and social intelligence.
  • Research, entrepreneurship and innovation: Generate relevant knowledge, design creative proposals, and undertake projects to create value and positive changes.
  • Collaborative work: Lead task forces in order to achieve objectives with the due diligence, integrity, sensitivity and synergistic intelligence.
  • Digital competence: Apply different digital technologies to search, process and store information efficiently.
  • Manage critical points throughout the entire supply chain in order to develop projects that streamline processes by using different logistics leverage tools.
  • Design strategies to run the entire supply chain effectively without wasting resources, time, and effort, whilst using project management methods and state-of-the-art technology.
  • Implement and manage KPIs to make strategic decisions and ensure the compliance with operational goals by applying quantitative methods.
  • Manage operations and projects in brittle, anxious, nonlinear and incomprehensible (BANI) environments, aligning processes to the new strategies in order to ensure the business sustainability.
