The Master’s Program in Business Law students will study and analyze legal institutions related to business activity which will enable them to apply the acquired knowledge in their professional practice, particularly, in corporate legal counseling. It is a master’s program that combines the academic aspect with the practical aspect; therefore, it is primarily aimed at professionals.

Master’s Program in Business Law graduates:

• Will have developed their analytical capacity and will have increased the knowledge that will enable them to efficiently assume the role of corporate legal advisors.
• Will have developed the skills necessary to perform in the academic area in matters relating to business law.
• Will be able to prevent or resolve legal problems that affect the company.
• Will be able to hold management positions.
