Specialization Programs are aimed at businesspersons, executives and business entrepreneurs. They provide theory and practice training in modern management applications and in handling techniques for the development of new skills and competences to be immediately and efficiently used in the organizations where participants work. They consist of a set of courses with a minimum of 120 hours and a maximum duration of 320 hours.

Executive Education offers two groups of Specialization Programs:

• Competency-Based Specialization Programs (PEC) 
• Advanced Specialization Programs (PEA)
